A practical guide to prepare yourself, your team, and your people for your absence and your return; one pre-meeting with the cohort so we’re familiar on arrival and logistics are clear.
The shared agreement that outside work stays outside; one focused 1:1 with a member of the hosting team; a lending library of tools for attention and regulation; a printed Deep End Field Guide; support creating a personal rhythm if open time feels more alarming than liberating.
Four nights and five days at Craidelonna OceanEdge Lodge; every meal, thoughtfully planned around your dietary needs; optional dinner salons; full use of the 3.5-acre grounds; the great room, decks, and outdoor work areas; cedar sauna, cold plunge bucket, and outdoor shower; hot tub with ocean views; and the trail to the beach.

Depending on your circumstances, tuition may fit a professional development budget or qualify as a business expense.
Your employer or accountant makes the final determination.
We provide a one-page employer brief, a clear program description, and a receipt.

How Room Offers Work

There is no Book Now button next to these rooms because we’re doing it a little differently. Getting rooms right for a cohort in shared space takes careful consideration. That’s why we need to get to know each other a bit so we can craft the offer that’s just right for you. Here’s how it works.

We compose the house around the actual cohort.

Receive one offer naming your room, bed, any roommates, and tuition.

Decide whether to accept. No payment is due until then.
We will never place you in a shared room or bed without your prior agreement.
